M1 - AI Phone Assistant Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the M1 – AI phone assistant referral programme (“Programme”) operated by Interface, Inc. (“Interface”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Referring party: An existing M1 – AI phone assistant user who shares a unique referral code with others.
- Referred party: A new user who downloads the iOS app and enters a valid referral code during sign-up.
- Converted user: A referred party who converts from a free trial to a paid subscription (monthly or yearly, Pro or Teams) and maintains that subscription for at least 30 consecutive days post-trial.
2. Programme eligibility and access
The Programme is available exclusively to users of the M1 – AI phone assistant iOS application. The referral feature is accessible via the app settings.
Referring party eligibility
To receive a reward, the referring party must have an active, paid M1 subscription in good standing at the time the reward is issued.
Referred party eligibility
To qualify as a valid referral, the referred party must:
- be at least 25 years old
- be employed, self-employed, or a business owner
- reside in the United States or Canada
- be a new user with no prior subscription or trial history
3. How the programme works
- Each referring party is given a unique referral code, shareable via the iOS share sheet or by copying and pasting.
- The referred party must download the app and enter the referral code during sign-up.
- The referral code must be validated before completing registration.
- Validated referrals grant the referred party a 15-day free trial (instead of the standard 7-day trial).
4. Rewards
- For each converted user, the referring party will be eligible to receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
- The referring party must have an active M1 subscription at the time of reward issuance.
- The reward is issued only after the referred party:
- converts to a paid subscription, and
- maintains that subscription for at least 30 consecutive days
- Gift card delivery may be delayed. Interface will confirm the recipient’s email address before issuing the reward.
- Interface may impose limits on the number of referral rewards issued per user. Any limits will be communicated in-app or through official Programme materials.
Referral cap and extended opportunities
Referral rewards are capped at $1,000 per user (equivalent to 20 successful referrals). Users who reach this threshold and wish to continue referring others are invited to contact Interface at support@hellom1.com to explore extended referral opportunities.
5. Prohibited activities
Participants may not:
- refer themselves or create multiple accounts to self-refer
- share referral codes on public coupon or deal aggregation sites or through paid advertising
- use automated systems or scripts to generate referrals
- engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behaviour to exploit the Programme
Note: Sharing your referral code on social media is allowed.
6. Monitoring and compliance
- Interface reserves the right to monitor referral activity.
- Participants may be required to provide verification or documentation to confirm referral legitimacy.
- Interface may disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
- Interface may suspend or terminate participation in the Programme at any time without notice.
7. General terms
- Interface may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time.
- Participation constitutes consent to receive communications related to the Programme.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Interface operates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interface shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme.
9. Acceptance of terms
By participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
